Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your enquiry / account data at any time, as required by the DPDP Act 2023 and Google Play data-deletion policy.

1. Website enquiries

To delete website enquiry data submitted through any form, email grievance@genesisfinance.in from your registered email with the subject 'DATA DELETION' along with the phone number used for the enquiry.

2. Mobile app account

In the Loan Doctor AI mobile app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Personal data is erased within 30 days of the request.

3. What is deleted

Your profile, phone, email, name, uploaded documents (if any), chat history and derived analytics.

4. What must be retained (legal)

Financial transaction records and KYC data required to be retained under applicable law (e.g. RBI KYC Master Direction) are ring-fenced and cannot be used for marketing.

5. Timeline

Confirmation of deletion is emailed within 30 days of the request.

6. Consequences

Deletion is permanent. Any active application will be automatically withdrawn.
