Loan Doctor AI ("we", "us", "our") — operated by Genesis Financial Services — is committed to protecting your personal & financial data as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the IT Act 2000.

1. Data we collect

Personal identifiers (name, phone, email), KYC data submitted for loan applications (PAN, Aadhaar in masked form, income proof, bank statements) and technical device / network identifiers required for security & fraud prevention.

2. Purpose of collection

To respond to your enquiries, facilitate loan / insurance / credit product applications with our partner banks & NBFCs, comply with KYC/AML obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

3. Consent

We collect data only after explicit consent (per DPDP Act 2023). You can withdraw consent at any time — see 'Your rights' below or contact dpo@genesisfinance.in.

4. Data sharing

Personal data may be shared, only with your consent, with regulated partner banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, KYC vendors, payment providers and Urban Money Private Limited (our corporate distribution partner) for the specific purpose of your enquiry / application. We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

Personal enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to serve your application and thereafter for the period required by law. Financial records are retained per applicable regulatory retention periods.

6. Your rights (DPDP)

You have the right to access, correct, port, and erase your personal data, and to raise grievances. Exercise these rights by writing to dpo@genesisfinance.in or via https://loandoctorai.com/legal/account-deletion.

7. Security

Data is protected using bank-grade encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Sensitive identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar) are tokenised.

8. Cookies & analytics

The website uses first-party cookies for basic analytics and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

9. Children

Our services are intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
